Welcome to Hush Lasers and Aesthetics! We are committed to providing you with the highest quality care in a safe, professional, and relaxing environment. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure the best experience for all our clients.

1. Appointments

We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred time and provider. Appointments can be made by phone, online, or in person.

2. Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time for check-in, consultation updates, and any necessary paperwork.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other clients. Full treatment charges may still apply.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $50 fee or may result in the loss of a prepaid session.

5. Deposits

A deposit may be required for certain services or first-time clients. Deposits are applied toward your treatment cost and are non-refundable if canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

6. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on services rendered or purchased packages. Unused prepaid services may be eligible for credit toward other treatments. All skincare and retail product sales are final.

7. Health & Medical Conditions

Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent procedures prior to treatment. Certain treatments may not be safe or effective based on your health history.

8. Minors

Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Some services may not be available to minors due to medical guidelines or legal restrictions.

9. Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and [list any other accepted payment methods, e.g., HSA/FSA, gift cards, etc.]. Payment is due at the time of service.

10. Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in treatment prices and are at your discretion. While not required, they are always appreciated by our staff.

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. All client records and personal information are kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA and industry standards.

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or if treatment is deemed unsafe or medically contraindicated.
